Problems: Some remedies...

Working on the dome while working through the issues with the drive assembly.

Key things and some possible solutions are to come:

The slipping of the main drive
The use of a 2mm rubber mat that is 4" wide will be installed on the track that the drive follows within the cheese.  This should allow the drive to grip and not slip when rolling. Also it will help further remove any gaps or non round pieces within the ball where the cheese parts come together.


Slack and freeze on the gimble...
The slack and there is a point on the gimble where the position essentialy freezes where you have to open the unit to move it...  may have a solution as well.
The use of rubber bands on the opposite ends should create a tight tension between the drives that pull/push and the gimble unit
